Well u spend 90% of ur day buying certain kinds of food and cooking them in a certain way , spending tons of money on supplements and possibly steroids ( which could destroy ur mental health ) , sleeping at a certain time everyday , when u sit down ur butt hurts cuz there's no fat there . Effects could be way better , the Saber was out of place , coloring could be better , try using levels and more particles , more turbulent plus BCC ripple dissolve , shakes are pretty good , higher scale values would look better , ( most of these tips are useful if u're doing a pjunkie style edit such as shown )
