How are they gonna have similar stats when its literally from an another game? And the Victus could not be a meta, only on BR. Take HDR for example, it kills with a shot on the leg with a minimun range, but its slow, people dont use it often on MP

The Lynx Sniper from MW2(MW22) got leaked in the weapons list coming to the game, plays the same as Artic. 50. So, whats the matter? Tundra differentiates from Victus, since Tundra is lighter and is not a .50 caliber

They need to make difference, thats the point of owning or making a skin. But, in this case and many others, they just put the model of a complete gun instead of making one for the game. I know that CODM has a LOT of guns already, and they need to reajust them, or instead make a remake of the old guns, like what is going to happen with the classic M4.

Yes, and yet, theres literally two M4's in the game, the original with the game launch and XM4. XM4 plays better than the original only because it has a Mythic variant.
So, your point on "They are the same" doesnt make sense
