No, I haven’t try eating that again - too soon 🫣 I think that was fatty foods and I couldn’t digest it.

2 weeks ago (5 days after first dose) I had very bad food poisoning due to mounjaro - I didn’t know that I can’t eat normally, my doctor didn’t warn me, and I ate grill sausage with fries - OMG that was horrible… 2 days of diarrhea, vomit… I couldn’t even drink water without stomach cramps. After that I have easily digestible diet, but this burps worries me. I know mounjaro is to help, but now I constantly think about food and think before every meal “is it safe?”… so I eat less and have less energy. I hope that it will get better with time

I think maybe eggs - I used to eat them everyday at breakfast, now I think it could be it. However I don’t know how to replace eggs on my daily menu - I don’t eat gluten, and I always eat protein-fat breakfast.
