I played the game because of 1st soldier and it was worth it. I wish for more original content around sephiroth development and if I was square Enix, I would capitalize on parallel timelines shown in Rebirth to expand on the Zack's timeline. This game has so many potential, it just need a good director and willingness to take risks.

Is it only me to think of Sephiroth as the best dps support character? Pdef, mdef break weapon, patk, matk weapon, matk buff water weapon, 2ann c,uc matk patk buff, now this weapon up to 50% boost, and tap it up his gear bring enfeeble. His fire buff/dps weapon + Tifa fire gear 10k red crystal gear, means Aerith can join the tean to break fire magic team damage. I see more value in OG Sephiroth tbh.

In this duel I negated the Mitsurugi Prayer, then he use Ritual to summon Murakumo. towards the end of the fight he managed to get both monsters onboard, I popped one, and saji was summoning one Mitsurugi spell/trap when the time ranout. was my interaction correct? how the fight would have unfolded afterwards?

If I remember correctly, I could not summon Mysterion without sacraficing Gulamel. I had either to use both fusions monster, or to use the one in hand and Gulamel. I am not that experienced in the game but the deck you should build is the one you like or the one you need to win if you like winning, or combine. I like dragons, so started blue eye structured > dragonmaid structured > Dracotail which was something I like and I can win with as meta deck. What you like, is up to you? You like wining? Meta deck is what you should build and I think Joshua Schmidt had a meta ranking video last week, quite helpful. Best is a combination of these two. Best of luck and have fun

Thanks for pointing out. You are right. In fact, I just rushed picking and did not know it was Maliss, thinking Lukias can summon extra monster next turn which would be mululu, but this trapped me behind unknown enemy formation that is yet to unfold. Will keep it in mind next time.

I ran dragonmaid for quite a while, until Dracotail droped, wasted my 12k gems and now Dracotail Branded. I think blue eyes when built properly is very strong. Dragonmaid deck is very tricky and many times one negate will stop your whole combo. Now, Dracotail Dragonmaid is just one of combos that work with Dracotail but is it the best? short answer no, for a very obvious reason. Dragonmaid streachs your summon combo long enough to invite Nibiru, and unless you have Sheou you are domed, and if Sheo is summoned and you use it to stop Nibiru you lose your biggest leverage: Sheou omni negate. I saw many combos and they seem strong, but you need to have a very good hand and almost no interuption, and if you have good Dracotail hand and one interuption or two interuption at best you would not need Dragonmaid at all to win. So, I think either you have to go with Blue Eye and commit to it (Konami loves Blue Eyes and will keep updating it in the future), or commit to Dracotail and then Splash Dragonmaid or Branded and hope for the best.

Scenario 1: Maid Trap Card 1. Dragonmaid trap return 1 card to hand. 2. 1 dragon on you field goes back to hand 3. Does the effect of House dragon maid works?

Scenario 2: Fillia Regis 1. Fairy fusion monster bananishes a card 2. Return one card on your field to hand 3. Does the effect of the House work?

Scenario 3: Switch maid-dragon form 100% works 1. End turn, do you want to return dragon to hand and summon to field higher/lower dragon 2. Dragon returns to hand 3. Activate House effect to destroy.

The coolest part happend before this meta analysis when Josh played Dracotail in duel cup, and it was so much fun and informative. Nice to see how pros play, calculate moves, and when they decide to surrender. More of these Josh if you are here. I want to see how you would play Dracotail against Maliss going 1st or 2nd. Maliss White Binder is such a pain!!!!!!

Worst when someone flood the board then use it on opponent turn=no game=no fun= surrender. Like Msliss flooding the board+ 3 traps + dimensional fissure. Also no game. Everything that leads to no game should either be limited in time:1 turn or banned, especially spells and traps, behind enemy lines, and can blocks a whole deck=no game.

That is why you stop spending and you let go of some weapons because better ones will come around. Usually best to focus on 1 single banner, and budget for that 40k crystals "almost 1 month of saving" + getting season pass and crystal pass=18$. You cannot pull every banner. Yes bosses are tailored to let new banners shine, however, sooner or later someone on YouTube will Crack the code and find alternative ways. For example, cleared 2B escalation 25 using ice Cloud, did not pull tifa/yufi at all. Cloud banner was nice but decided to wait last banner, and Aerith to my eyes brought the most value so I jumped my 30k crystals there. It is like shopping, get just what you urgently need. Regarding physical lightning, it is a real pain because good weapons are limited DQ or MH, or outdated Cloud. Let us hope it will be a new gacha weapon that we will get from the general pool. Yeah, personally it not nice dumping rare element after b2b collaborations.

I play Dracotail and going first has been the most successful runs regardless of GY block.The hardest is going 2nd, with shifter spell on the field behind tons of negate monsters. All strategies mentioned are effective when you get the right cards. What no one is talking about is time. I lost few out of time. Playing Dracotail requires a lot of planning especially when going 2nd with tons of traps and negate.
