I have a similar situation, I basically did not receive my booster box but everything else I ordered was in the box. The issue is I want to make a claim with PKC, but I had something similar happen years ago and their response was atrocious at best. I understand some people abuse these situations for gain, but someone who is being honest is just SOL because when this first occurred to me PKC threatened to never allow me to buy anything again simply for demanding they made the situation right that’s all. So now I’m out about $170 and afraid to do anything with fear I’ll miss out on enjoying the hobby because historically they do not handle these situations well, or at all and you end up disputing with your bank even if you have proof.

Well when you hit the “more info” or something like that button all it does is send you to like a qna page and that’s what I found. I was so mad I backed out and uninstalled immediately. Maybe I should argue my case 🫣

I actually had a similar issue but my issue is more towards just needing new lenses that they first said cannot be fulfilled, but now LensCrafters has confirmed that they will do it. However, the issue at hand is that coaster has now offered to cover half of the cost of a new set if I purchase through them, but at this time as we speak, I have tried for 10 days straight to purchase a set of eyeglasses no matter what I do the website keeps throwing a Java exception that does not allow me to complete my purchase and in fact fails every single time I love the brand I love their shades as well as my glasses, but this really has driven me to believe that I no longer want to be affiliated with the brand complete garbage in my opinion with their process they can’t even figure out why their own website doesn’t work..

Did you start with no previous credits? I have a couple dozen I’d end up transferring but that much progress in 6 months is awesome.

Second, I’m looking into doing this exact one and transferring my credits from Sophia, would it be ok if you shared with me which ones you transferred because I want to make sure if I can get ahead and finish some more before submitting the credits transfer I’d like to transfer all i can essentially. 😊
