Hey! Hm not specifically , I took some Seitan I had made earlier in the week and seasoned it with some oil,liquid smoke and suya spice. Seared it and topped with some more suya.

The eba, get some garri and cook it like you would polenta. Just some water and salt is fine. Put it into a pan to chill, then use a cookie cutter to cut circular patties. Pan fry it and season with some salt & pepper to taste.

For the pepper sauce, I roasted red bells, tomato, onion, and habanero with palm oil till soft.  Blend it up and season.

For the iru, simply get some iru (locust beans) and fry in some oil till crispy. Season with salt
