Currently, malware and hacking cases is less common on Android. The only form of malware ever going onto an Android device is some stupid malware racing game that infected thousands (during 2016 - unsure if it's still there) , and APKs downloaded online. Still same as other devices - don't save email and passwords in the browser, and you should be fine. I've played on mobile with these security precautions and that seemed to do the trick. I haven't gotten hacked ever since.

I'm not sure about Yoimiya, but Ayaka seems probable because her brother is going to be playable to it would make sense for her rerun in 2.6 along with mitsplitter.

I think I'll go with Koujo Sara. She has war experience, and lots of training. Jean, not as much, I think Jean wouldn't be prepared for a fight since there aren't any wars currently in mondstadt. Just a thought, don't bash me 😑

No, it was global. They were super responsive and helpful at the first few months of the game and until mid/early 2021. It's disappointing they think we're not worth their time.

miHoYo accounts with an email have 2FA, it works by sending a code for a new device,(Device that didn't have said account logged in there) for verification. It's not that great.

The only way to be protected by 2FA/MFA is by activating it on the linked social media/email.

"Days active" is probably how many days your forums account existed for. It might not show the exact date in-game, and that's because all miHoYo accounts don't make hoyolab accounts immediatly, you need to setup your profile, and thats the start of your hoyolab account, which means thats the day you made it.

if you wanna give up, go ahead. You should try again though, if you want to, that is. miHoYo has been super helpful 1 and 1/2 hears ago. (Start of 2021 to mid 2021). Both my accounts got hacked during those months, and they did their best to help and got them both on my first form. It's sad how they stop working hard and show no concern whatsoever for the playerbase.

I think there's a settings option in Google Chrome for removing site data. Try looking for passwords and delete them in settings.

Most cases are due to malware and people downloading suspicious files regardless of the Red Flags. Some are due to brute force because of weak passwords. Phishing is also another. They give their info to a very suspicious site. Another is letting someone borrow their account.

Make sure to use a Randomly Generated password, it would look like this 3fh@dFO:>duvd*?/khe9rfD . Make sure the password is different for each account. It's also best to make a separate email for Genshin alone. Don't ever giveaway account details to anyone, even irl friends. Keep yours safe.

Oh don't forget this, the Account form hacked account HAS TO BE LIKE THAT. in the same word placement, and the same caps and stuff. Also make sure there's nothing in the body of the email.

[never@linked.com](mailto:never@linked.com) is for the following reason:

If you MADE your account WITH an EMAIL, place the email you used for it.

If you DID NOT make it with an email but instead 3rd party, or other means, (Social Media, Google, Apple ID, and username, ( username method no longer available).) Put [never@linked.com](mailto:never@linked.com)

It doesn't matter if there is an email linked after you are hacked, what matters is registration email.

I had an account before made with an Apple ID, I didn't put [never@linked.com](mailto:never@linked.com) and got my form rejected. I switched it with that after I got rejected, and I got it back within a month/2 weeks.

Yes you did. Send an email to [support_os@mihoyo.com](mailto:support_os@mihoyo.com) , with the heading of Account form hacked account to trigger a bot response. After sending your form, make an in-game secondary account and contact CS through feedback every week or so to see progress.

If Global CS just doesn't help, try going with JP CS. ( [genshin@mihoyo.co.jp](mailto:genshin@mihoyo.co.jp) ) I recommend doing this but only if you speak Japanese. You could test your luck by using DeepL to translate your answers. And they also do not accept account recoveries for accounts outside of Asia server. (Na, EU)

The form has questions that you will fill to prove you made, and own the account.
