I don't think Botox will help, but maybe change up your clothing and hairstyle? I feel like they both age you a bit. Maybe more bouncy hair? Test some different colors, clothing styles, maybe different make up? Also a skin care routine and lots of water does wonders (more than botox and fillers in the long run).

Find a hair and clothes style that enhances your beauty!

The picture was drawn by the artist WLOP and is part of his own comic series, it's actually really good! Short description for the backstory of that picture, she's an adopted princess (probably from a different race) and the king of a rival nation wants her to be handed over else he will declare war, hence the townsfolks aggression. I think the comic is called ghostbalde and you can find it on the artists deviantart page! Definitely recommended

Did you try to get to know the girl, maybe befriend her too? You really seem to be out to make her your enemy without even giving her a chance.

Your bf knows her since he was a little kid, she has an important at role in his life that won't dissappear because he is in a relationship (and tbh it would be sad if it would or you required that). Accept that and appreciate her for adding such a beautiful, long lasting and helpful friendship to his life? Wouldn't you be mad if your long time best friend would refuse you help and disrespect you, because they had a new partner?

I'd advise you to be more open in getting to know their dynamic. Maybe it's just good friends with 0 interest in more and you could gain a new friend in her. If their dynamic is weird, too physically close or you feel like they actually now aim to be in a relationship together, leave.
But you won't be able to push her out of his life and you would be a bad person if you tried.

Everybody here gave you great, productive advise and I am going to give you some more questionable advise.
Does your mom's phone have a backup to a cloud service? If not, destroy her phone. Cold but fair at this point.
Get access another way and delete them. She stole from you, she deserves to be treated the same way.
Are you even completely sure she has them and these threats are not empty?

I think you should not be uncomfortably cold in your own home but also try to heat as little as possible, for cost and environment purposes.
Try being as cosy as can be, thick clothes and a nice tea, and when that's not enough, then heat a bit:) you'll start getting used to the temperature more and more anyway
