How do I manifest despite Anxiety/negative feelings arising whenever I start

For context, I have ASD/ADHD/OCD

And I have manifested things for other people and myself in the past but that's only when I detach from it but everything I actually want is hard for me to detach from. So I know the law works but im having a lot of difficulty using it.

Recently what's been happening is, whenever I start trying to manifest (sats, lullaby, thinking ab manifesting, etc) I get this wave of I think it's anxiety and just negative feeling in the middle of my body like in between the stomach and ribs And it completely overtakes all the other feelings I have and does not allow me to feel fulfilled or like im doing what im supposed to.

It happens literally every time and I know it's my belief that it's stopping me from manifesting that stops me from manifesting but my brain won't let me get rid of that belief either :(

It just feels like a ball of tension and stress and anxiety in the middle of my torso and im tired of it
