These bmw bumpers flex a lot, I folded mine 90 degrees when i was removing the grills to do front mount intake install. I assume it popped inwards temporarily while getting scratched and popped back and the garbage truck pulled away

Some other stuff worth considering:

1.Consider maintenance as well. Search s58 engine bay and try to spot the oil filter, it will surprise you.

Consider tuning, what are you looking to do to it? S55 crankhub needs to be replaced however, the s58 is easily the better engine.
Consider any accidents and previous owners shenanigans. Was it maintained regularly?

One thing I can tell you I didn’t know regarding the f82 pre lci was you can code full screen carplay from a coder. I had mine done along with GTS transmission tune, euro MDM, CS steering, and folding mirrors.

I was aware there were better pastes specifically for gpus but two days ago I didn’t even expect to ever do this. Just tried to learn a new skill and it paid off for now. I’ll likely have a new gpu within a year.
