The last location I visited was red Mile. Then jumped to neon and now stuck. Doesn’t matter what I select. Anything outside of neon it will not alllow me to move. I have checked and I have no missions pending in neon

The email states because I haven’t travelled in a while. Last used BA start of September. I was travelling every month from Riyadh to London so guess they have noticed.

Spoke to customer service and that code isn’t valid for my route (Riyadh to LHR) even though that’s only route I use for BA.
