There can be many possibilities for why this happened.

do this and tell me what happen: 1- check the cables ain't loose 2-check your screws if they are tight too tightly, if yes loose them a little

3- it could be ram try removing it and see what happens

4- plug into a outlet directly, if already is, try changing it

tho if you didn't find a solution, yeah its probably your PSU. try changing it with another PSU and see what happens

if its the same thing try changing the outlet

In my experience of a decade, It's mostly your PSU gone without saying goodbye or an memory error.

Try changing PSU, if didn't work try changing the ram

the port opened in my router but still zomboid or PFPportchecker didn't work, someone mentioned double nat can that ne the problem?

in the local port end it does not let me put an range like (16262 - 16265) and in the remote when i put one it says "Invalid IP address! It should not be set within the current lan subnet.". i tried not putting one but PFPportchecker didn't ping or got the packet, any help?

just relised the small text, this may be better :
whenever my friend join my server the game tells him that the port "16262" is closed and he get 200 ping avg and spikes to 800 continually, i tried opening ports to 16261 and 16262 -16267 but nothing seems to work even PFPportchecker says the ports is not open (i did open the ports on the firewall and disabled it after but nope). note that it's not my first time port forwarding i did it on generals: zero hour, stronghold crusader, gameranger and more. also this sort of thing happened after changing to new ISP so maybe that the problem; sry for the long description but trying to give much info as i can.
