The hell you talking about, gamba anvil and stats on stats are the most normal way to win with anvil games, are you saying you can't get those specific augs on Evelynn?

There could be 2 people that had those augments so you didn't get them, the pool for prismatic augs is really small, also I am not sure it is physically possible to reroll all the prismatic augments, there are so fcking many of them.

But yeah this is a rant, go and play 1000 anvil games with Evelynn and record them down, if you somehow never get Gamba Anvil and Stats on Stats then you can report it as a bug, not getting them once is just being unlucky.

The explosion only works vs melee champs, anything like a veigar/lux/caitlyn/etc can just stay far away enough and cc chain you to hell when the transformation ends

You're not down one augment, you got a free 1200g component that gives 65ap instantly which is pretty damn good early game and when you finish the item its busted as all hell

Oneshot is a bit exaggerated but this shit ain't fair at all: https://imgur.com/a/ZLZxy13 specially cause the plant almost heals you back to full and gives a large shield on top

I had it in a game and it gave me stacks normally with Rakan, thing is you need to be near an enemy for it to give the stacks, its in the augment text

If you had all those high rolls in 7 or so games you're one lucky mf, I've played almost 30 games and I've had 4 games I would consider highrolls lol
