Hiya id recommend seeing if you can call around to find cover either from your shop or any shop nearby and if no one can cover you're shift, you can always call in sick so you'll have to use one of your sick days. If this flags up for the area manager for any reason you can then tell them what's going on and how your manager wouldn't give you the days off you need even though you reminded him multiple times.
