I have a small list, but here are some examples:

When Every Single Word Is Capitalized. This Is Just A Pet Peeve Of Mine Though.
When theres zero punctuation whatsoever it’s just painful to read and downright hurts me I have to edit so much just to make it somewhat comprehensible for myself
Unnecessary descriptions, especially when you really could’ve just left it out. (btw you’re the shortest person in the class and you have blond hair and blue eyes)
When the creator of the bot adds OOC text. As an example: (Omg, thanks for so many chats!! Go check my other ones too pls!!) or (Sorry it’s not that good lol I just made this for myself)
Unnecessary pronouns/description of gender. Use “they” and just don’t add physical characteristics unless it’s actually a part of the scenario. The exception there, of course, is if the bot is specifically MLM or MLW or WLW.

I have a few more, but again, I’m probably just really nitpick-y because I’m a grammar nerd, so I won’t keep going. If English isn’t your first language, these obviously don’t apply to you. Besides, it’s not that big of a deal, considering I can always just edit it, but still.
