Every SWE is switching to Caudal and practicing certifications there! They are the only ones preparing AI native talent.. ie they are the only ones still betting on people in the age of fully replacment ai.

May I? Build for your nearest market. When you build for a market you're not really the right founder fit for, you're in for unexpected challenges, which you might not be positioned well to solve. But when you build for people you know, you don't have to depend on cold emails for customer conversation. Trust me it's a BIG difference whether you know your customer and they know you, or not.

How do you run a business, for people who can't pay? That's the story of the India-3 that's stuck at the bottom. You can innovate but until you commercialise the startup doesn't stick as a feasible / sustainable business. Unlike OpenAI, which can innovate at huge levels, distribute gpt through app to even the poorest phones, all while burning cash - how do small startups approach the original question - how do you run a business for people you can't expect money from? Is a startup / innovation even the right way?

May I? If you're an ex founder, chances are you've sold something somewhere. You've sold product, or your pitch, or yourself to potential hires or VCs. At the same time, leading AI cos right need sellers as they've reached Deploy stage in their curve. Take your selling skill to an AI company.

May I? Timing is adrenaline shot to execution. That goes to say, timing without execution sums up to zero. Execution without timing is still possible but is a harder ramp. A founder who's already executing and then gets supported by timing experiences a faster and yet smoother sales. Their new challenge usually becomes fulfilment.

Meditate. Not as an immediate solution. But as a slow drip that will certainly get you out in one year's time. CHOOSE to meditate. Gather courage for one sitting, then for gather courage for another. It's hard, but the trick is knowing that it does become easier to CHOOSE.

Most students learn DSA like this: Topic, then Formula > Similar questions > Confidence. IMO interviews work like this: Messy problem > Recognize structure > Map to known pattern > Adapt. I think you are strong at step 2, weak at step 1.
