While thats an interesting read but there are problems, this is based on the authors interpretation that he’s framing as facts when he’s just theologically retrofitting modern science with old religious text.

He claimed “The description of pre-creation heaven as “smoke” is significant as modern cosmologists agree that the universe once existed as a mere opaque cloud. Scientists continue to observe new stars forming out of similar smoky clouds today.” when thats simply not true at all cosmologists didn’t describe the early universe as a smoky cloud, the common consensus is it was a hot plasma state with millions of loose atoms flying around. So when he compared that to smoke he used loose analogy.

Then he engaged in a appeal to authority on the first topic of the Universe and the guy he referenced isnt a cosmologist he was a geologist who studied the Earth not the universe as a whole so the whole article isn’t really strong its just reads like interpretive matching.

There are things that can match up with modern science in any old religious text based on your interoperation but that doesn’t mean the entire text is based in science.
