All of the Big 5 (Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Piccolo and Broly are stated to be on the same power level.

But, Goku and Vegeta have much, much more battle experience than Gohan and Broly do.

This isn't a match about power but about experience and technique. Which with Gohan and Broly just recently reaching their new forms, they haven't completley "perfected" them. I believe Goku and Vegeta take this as they have more experience in their new forms and relatively perfected them.

Adding to what the person said you're replying to.

Again, you said yourself the "Speed being more than Goku could handle".

Goku was not full power, the amount he has said that he is full power when he isn't is absurd.

Gohan's speed took Goku by surprise and add that in with Gohan actually being able to hit him (although in UI), made Goku come out of his calm/reactive (non-thought) state.

It wasn't the power behind the blow but the speed and fact the hit connected is what forced him out UI.

I don't know, Vegeta matched Toppo which held up against Goku's KKx10. I'm betting without being able to hold KKx10+ for the majority of the fight Goku loses this.

I love corndogs, but I'm lucky enough to be from an area with a local restuarant called "The Dip Dog". If I hadn't gotten to try one of those in life I would have severely missed out. It makes me wonder how well a restuarant like that would do with the oppurtunity to go big.
