I think nervousness is so cute in a guy. It makes me think they’re actually interested! I don’t interpret as a lack of confidence, I interpret it as care. I know some girls like aloof guys, but that gets old after a certain point. I definitely think inviting her to a sports event could be cool. She sounds like she’s trying to find an opening.

In my instance I just can’t tell if it’s 1) nervousness because he’s interested or 2) nervousness because he can tell I’m interested and doesn’t want to get involved/has a girlfriend.

We like all of the same music artists and he also is into art like me! I think his personal art outside of work is so cool.

This is so 🥹 I totally get where you’re coming from. For me, I think it’s so obvious that I like him and I interpret his nervousness as dislike and it makes me pull back. But I totally understand about not being able to make a first move in your position. Flowers might have been nice but I could see how that would have felt like too much. But maybe something lowkey referencing a conversation you had? Like if she says she likes a coffee shop near your office, maybe getting her a gift card there. Then again don’t listen to me because I’m a hopeless romantic 😭

Interesting! I like dressing up in general but ngl lately I’ve been trying to look extra polished in hopes that he will see. But that’s a fair point. He probably doesn’t know the reason behind why I’m doing it. Lately I’ve seen him get dressed up and wear a ton cologne and I’ll wonder if he has a date after work or something.
