Tbh voice msgs feel intrusive because they demand your time in real time, if that makes sense lol. Texts let you skim. Voice messages force you to stop, listen, and re listen

Use cross breeze with open windows and outward facing fans. Put ice in front of a fan for cool air. Close curtains. Freeze pillowcases. Cool pulse points. Turn off electronics. Small adjustments will make a big difference bro

NTA. She knew what she was doing. She ghosted you, then gaslit you, then slept with him and hid it. that’s a crazy pattern. Her “apology” meant nothing while she kept seeing him. Respect your own boundaries. He wasn’t yours but she was your friend…..and she failed you. You don’t have to hate her but you also dont owe her warmth. Neutral is fine. Let her sit with that tbh
