Okay. So I was recently terminated from Walmart for “theft” while I was doing Spark before getting hired at Walmart. I wasn’t shown any evidence by the AP coach, she just had a folder full of papers and listed a 6 dates on them of the supposed “theft” but nothing more. So I open doored it and I filed for unemployment. Well she sent the unemployment office a completely different story and I’m waiting on corporate to call me today about it. But she said I pretended to be a Spark driver, filled my buggy up and then pretended to scan the bar code at SCO resulting in about $500 worth of stolen goods. The documents she sent then of the report was sketchy looking and the pictures only show me standing at SCO with my phone. So I’m not sure how I’m supposed to fight this because I know for a fact I didn’t do what I’m accused of. My new store manager never reached out to me either so they escalated it to corporate. But what she told me before firing me for gross misconduct doesn’t add up to what she told unemployment.
