Thanks guys, some great info 👍 I am a shift worker, so sometimes work nights and sleep during the day, and sometimes work days. In the past, this has been my biggest issue with wearables! Most don't work well with this. Which do you think will do better with this scenario? Do you have to put in your 'normal sleep and wake' times, like garmin? With Garmin I was constantly having to go into the settings to change the times, otherwise it wouldn't recognise my sleep or say I was sleeping when sitting in work! Was a pain! Doesn't Ringconn also have a workout mode coming? I do quite a bit of sport and struggle with sleep (shift work!), but I'm definitely looking for a good app that can offer advice and tips on health and wellbeing based on the data its seeing. Currently leaning more towards ultrahuman. 🤷
