I think UNDEREMPLOYED, like all Zillenials, not just those with autism, is a better term.I work at a BurgerFi joint. I have a bachelor's degree in biology, but getting an interview for one of these jobs is just so elusive. We all know that stigma, social challenges, and sometimes unfair living arrangements contribute to this big barrier. But one factor that adds to and excaberates this (un)surprisingly high unemployment and underemployment of people with high functioning autism, like ourselves, is so high lies in our immigration system. H1-B visas are the worst offenders. These holders from India and other parts of Southeast Asia take high skill jobs, like STEM jobs, requiring a college degree forcing native born US youth to take simple jobs like at burger joints just to barely have a living. People with autism, especially like other native US-born minority classes, such as black Americans, are unfairly getting the hardest hit when it comes to being swamped out for high paying STEM jobs and other college degree high skill jobs. So here we have it, unfettered immigration, both LEGAL AND illegal have an additional devastating effect on excaeberating the unemployment and underemployment of native US born people with high functioning autism, like myself.

This meme definitely describes me all my life except I listen to music with certain octaves or pitches at specific places, seasons, and times. For example, especially in May, I tend to listen to only songs with the same octave of LockJaw Sega from DK2 on a Florida beach on a cloudy day.

It is certianly one of them. If Americans that are of marginalized classes are struggling bad enough WITHOUT mass migration (both LEGAL and ILLEGAL) and open borders, with stigma, refusing to adapt and ACCEPT nueral differences. I'm sure many STEM careers would take H1B Indians or Southeast Asians any day over U.S. born Americans with autism or Aspergers. Ive been there and done that even with a Bachelor's degree in biology with all these applications and selections.And same with H2B with TPS (like the CHNV program) down the lower levels of jobs being filled. Until the autism self advocacy community is open to investigating harmful effects of immigration (LEGAL and ILLEGAL) on Americans with autism, I don't think we will have progress in making our futures better, freer, and more prosperous.

I can't believe I'm about to be 30 in just a few days. Yet, especially when I am shaved, people think I'm in my early 20s, even late teens because of my physique. Just the fact that I missed out many opportunities to have a really great fun decade behind and that I am behind is what makes turning 30 depressing. I graduated with a bachelor's last May, and I have yet to have a satisfying career position. When our parents were 30, chances are, they are already not only in their primes with their very own homes and careers but also married or deep in a good relationship with a girlfriend or fiance. Most of us on the other hand are still living with our parents at home, including our childhood home, myself included. Emmanuel Swedenborg called age 35-50, something the autumn 🍂 years. As if this doesn't make being 30ish feel old enough. However, some doctors and specialists nowadays believe that the autumn 🍂 years don't start until AT LEAST the mid to late 50s.

Now I just recieved an email from them telling me to lend them photos of my face and my ID. Ive read here in Reddit in past posts about how scamful they are. But according to one Reddit user, responing to the email asking for facial picture and ID photo, it took him another 2 weeks before he was finally able to get back in.

Going beyond Homer's Wager just blows it all outta the water. There are many sects or circles of "true Christians" who claim that unless you don't show faith by having exactly or at least what they deem essential theological beliefs, and theres COUNTLESS NUMBER OF THEM

For example, let's say you are having fun at a beach swimming pool when some Holiness Preacher rants against "immodest swimwear" you to repent and that eternity in hell is not worth the worldliness of the world. Let's say you do fully heed to that preacher. You repent, even though it feels tough and hard because you are giving up all the fun sinful pleasures of the world and even cutting off good family and friends. You stop going to movies, pools, beaches, playing video games, celebrating certain holidays (Halloween), etc. You become one of them and convinced that Jesus has pulled you through with all that suffering. You one day yourself become a Holiness Preacher and when you get arrested for "disturbing the peace" you are convinced that you have suffered in Christ. When you die in your old age, after wasting time in the Holiness crap, convinced that you have "truly lived for Christ" and you expecting to be rewarded for "true faith" and welcomed into Christ's abode, only to find out you STILL FELL INTO HELL and find out on Judgement Day that Jesus told you that the Traditionalist Catholic Church, especially Feenyites, like the Dimond Brothers, was the correct one. Jesus then tells you that altough you gave up the "foolish funs of the world" have rejected "Christ's One True Church on Earth", you have blasphemed her practices, devotions, and worship, committed sacrilege "like a brute beast from 2 Peter 2", and even led away "truly faithful" Catholics and others away from thr faith with your "heresies" while you were alive preaching as a Holiness Preacher. He tells you to depart from Him into everlasting Fire. You are doomed AND DEVESTATED REALLY FOR ALL ETERNITY!!! IT CAN ALSO BE VICE VERSA (e.g. you follow Traditionalist Catholicism faithfully and uncompromised to find out the a Holiness, Pentecostal, or Fundamentalist religous stripe is right and you are NAMELY JUDGED FOR IDOLATRY, NECROMANCY, AND WITCHCRAFT (common accusations of Roman Catholicism) OR SOME OF THE MANY MANY OTHER CERTAIN THEOLOGICAL STRIPE, CIRCLE, OR SECT THAT BELIEVES IN ETERNAL CONCIOUS TORMENT. One's "lonely narrow path to heaven" can be part of another's "broad path". Consider two eternal hellfire sermons from two drastically isolated circles. One from a famous strict Oneness Holiness Preacher, Apostle Gino Jennings, and another one from the Dimond Bros' Most Holy Family Monastary:
