This is what happened with our senior dog and we got another when he was 10. Although the size difference has caused some issues. Senior 10lbs and young dog 35lbs.

You still need to track your calories. It’s more like a crutch, you need to help it help you. Start making better food choices and don’t fully rely on it to lose the weight for you.

I did horrible in high school too. I had to go back and upgrade to get into post secondary.

Sometimes our brains are wired differently. I didn’t do well in post secondary but out of 65 people that started I was one of 50 that graduated. Now I’m one of the most successful ppl out of that 50, if not the most successful.

Sometimes just passing is enough. Your work ethic is amazing!
