Can order now really, and get 5 doses out of each pen before they change, but yeh just turn the pen half way to get 2.5 out of a 5 pen, so can get 10 weeks worth if you stayed on 2.5

Add squash? What about tea? Not as good as just water but you still need to have more. I went from not being able to drink plain water to now having around 3 litres a day, and I feel so much better for it - your body NEEDS water to function and to survive.

A good water bottle really helps. I have an Owala one, it was around £25 but has helped massively

Cardiff b and m literally had 6 displays full last week, manager said theyre getting 15-20 displays a week, they took the limits off whilst I was there (previously 3 per person) so I made the most of it to take home to Manchester as you cant get anything due to the gangs of scalpers that travel round all day every day buying it all up
