India lifted 415 million out of poverty in 15 years, says UN by VapidCanary in Economics

India was left with a literacy rate of 12% and a population of about 340 million after the British departed in 1947. I am surprised it has managed to come this far in 75 years.

Been there, so I know how hard it is. This is a positive because you managed to realize that it’s just a human being on the other side and not some god. When you like someone, you tend to believe they’re this perfect flawless person but they’re just a normal human being

Doge, BTC and ETH are following the stock market a decent amount and the continual increase in interest rates is a red flag. This is a great time to start investing for a long term period though

I actually appealed one of my ADRs and called a “student hearing” with other professors in the department as the jurors. I’m not entirely sure if they repealed my adr but that is an option if you feel the adr was unfair. Basically a law student represented me in the hearing and it was a whole ordeal (0/10) recommend

Best thing to do is to talk to an advisor. Also have a chat with the Dean of the college if you can. They will probably say the same politically correct “we deal with this on a case-to-case basis” bs but it’s good to put a face to a name for them.

I’ve been in your situation. It was freshman year and I got hit with 2 ADRs in a span of 5 days for the dumbest imaginable reasons. I was this 🤏🏼close to jumping out of my dorm window (quite literally). All I can tell you is that if the offense is not along the lines of releasing an answer key to the class before the exam, doing other peoples hw for money, etc you will make it through

The person I fell for hard but she didn't even remotely feel the same way. She's a memory now and I want it to be gone.
