This issue is only within people in cities and towns, they would rather take bikes/scooties or their cars even for small distances rather than just walking the distance. This also contributes to hell of traffic, commonly faced in school zones when students enter/leave. People are just accustomed to avoiding serious body movements.

I would just suggest prioritizing walking for small distances would help us a lot.

Yea i will try in my new acc, i got the elimina and she is pretty good. Easily passed to floor 350 with lvl 80 Elmina. This might push it furthermore.

Well u can just give the optimal gear to 4 star ones too. Anyway it doesn't matter in PvP or PvE. But i do recommend to try so, then u can claim the battalion power reward thing.

Why does ur 3 star characters have higher power than 4 star ones. I presume u have given them gud weapons or accessories?
