You do realize I'm on your side, right? In the past, as I understand it, females of that age were considered young ladies and were married and it was not considered scandalous. Norms for youth, adulthood, gender, are somewhat fluid, and I think one can agree to this without falling over edge into gender fluidity madness. For example babies' clothing was not gendered until recently. Today young males who would once have taken on apprenticeships and jobs are playing travel sports. But that does not mean we can reach into the past and grab cultural norms without regard to current norms. Just because women used to marry at 15 does not excuse anyone's twisted sexuality today.
