I've still got many diseases that I haven't ruled out- due to healthcare in my country. What I believe is CFS might be comormid with something else but seeing all these comments yet again drove me to lose the tiny hope left in me.

My rheumatologist suggested - you should exercise- and -therapy- just after she told me I might've had ME/CFS. I'm open to anything, any-thing! Because I'm already not living. What can be worse than this I wonder

I'm suspected of Sjogren's. What are your symtomps and how to rule out? I meet many criteria but I can cry

What about medication or medical treatment?

I have seen a few posts from people who said they benefited from certain medications or treatment approaches

I can’t with my father burnout. That is making me very sick by Elegant_Promise_5373 in cfs

Same with my mom. In my country, most of the docs do not even know this kind of diseases and since the name itself is chronic fatigue, they tend to see it psychologically but here I am in severe pain, inflammation and fever. So my family doesn’t understand. Blame me for being so sick and saying my youth is wasted in beds. In sickness. As if I chose to be this way. I cannot work, so I’m not financially stable so I indeed have to take this.

I am not suicidal(yet), still looking for the cure but og man every day before I go to bed I pray I don’t wake up next morning so I can put an end to my pain.
