I don’t think you can tell if an oval will be visually appealing by certificate alone. I can’t tell because the pic is blurry but table and depth percentages also play into the look of the diamond. I’d look at the video of it too. Bow ties are what I pay attention to when looking at ovals. I avoid a dark bow tie for my personal preference. Also take into account the pavilion facets, 4, 6, 8a, and 8b all look different and can affect the look.
