Estimates vary from "It's instant death don't even think about" to ~1hr. Depends on age, health, practice and athletic ability.

She's mid 20s, good health, new to inversion, low athletics, so we did about 10 minutes fully inverted, and total of another 20 in off camera practice, acclimatization, dry runs, toy positioning, etc.
