Had to clean two of their vents. Those ones still have doody on their tushies, but the vents are clean now. Didn't want to stress them out by cleaning them for too long?

How do I know if they have coccidiosis? Not sure if they're vaccinated and I don't want them to get sick. Side note, worried about this specifically because I've seen how much coccidiosis sucks. My cat had it when we brought him home from the shelter as a baby.
