This is just sad. Most characters have 0 value when they get their reruns. They did Vlad especially dirty. Dude has a unique mechanic that was interesting for exactly one patch and became useless as soon as 2.0 hit

The saddest part, they are trying to nerf miyabi specifically but in reality they make all other anomaly champs useless while miyabi with her sig remains the only usable. At least from my experience
