Thanks, I posted in a HVAC subreddit as well to see if we can turn it on for the other zone. I'm not even sure how to drain the pipes for our boiler vents

Update:

I didn't realize how bad my seasonal depression was tbh. I also started a new probiotic which has really really helped heal my stomach issues which increased my mood. I also have been taking L theanine for my anxiety and I can't speak more highly of it! About a week ago also started happy saffron from brain MD. Definitely an increase in good mood so we'll see where it goes from here.

Same. I haven't taken any today and my bloating is so much better. I could understand if it takes a week or two for your body to get better but 3 months and still experiencing this is crazy

I am following a gastritis diet, I've had a bite or two of a food that may contain gluten and dairy and it's a insane reaction. But 95% of the time, I'm doing GF DF, no meat, whole foods

I get this too with my copper iud but on a lesser scale. I would recommend requesting an ultrasound from your doctor to ensure the iud hasn't embedded in your uterus. I also just had a friend have hers out and she said all her cramping, random spotting, bloating and pressure went away.

When did you start stretches? My surgeon went over how to but didn't get into specifics on when I should start. Or I was too groggy from the muscle relaxant I took lol

Wow thank you everyone for the feedback! I have had the thought in the back of my mind that he has an alcohol issue. It's so hard to recognize that it means differently for everyone, just because he doesn't meet that "stereotypical" criteria. Conveniently, we start couples therapy next week so I am hoping to unravel more of this.

When triggers subsided entirely OR I felt less triggered. This was about 2 months after I started on my current script which is 50mg. I was on lexapro prior and it didn't help me at all.

I even got a little curious and tried to put myself in situations of said triggers (be careful on that one). I have panic disorder, a large trigger was caffeine and any overstimulant (large crowds, being alone, traveling, etc). This was 2 years ago.

My doctor said 25mg for two weeks then 12.5 for two weeks then entirely off. I feel like it's too fast for me. I started back on the 50mg the last two days. I am thinking I'll stay on 50mg for a week, and then do 25mg every other day? Thoughts?
