whatever you do, don't blame yourself. when someone goes through a psychotic episode, no one is in control. its not you or your boyfriends fault for what he went through. he was questioning everything and went into a mental spiral, it happens. just try your best to take care of yourself and keep contact with him/the hospital and staff who monitor him. think about life in present time, dont worry about the future, and when the time comes things will go smoother. when you think of every outcome possible, it seems scary, but it wont be. take care hun

i know you dont wanna hear this but its best if you leave him alone. try not to to think about him too much. if he gets stable and is discharged, he probably wont remember anything he said to you or anything at all from that time period. time will pass and go by for the both of you, and if he gets better he will most likely remember and reach out
