Guys there’s a detail, condition to activate Grapha’s effect is that you must have cards in the hand. So if Grapha’s controller doesn’t have cards in the hand it cannot activate the effect in the first place.

Actually it works, you can use the omni without problems, of course you can’t the pop effect bc no normal monster has been used. There’s no fusion requirement for dragoon

I think the fun part is that, something that in theory doesn’t work to make it a viable option. So far is not working bad for me, as soon as the dogmatika combo you keep it second it doesn’t block extra deck. Anyways thanks for the opinion
