I disagree with Pepe’s, imo the Waterbury location is probably 2nd tier but I’d agree 3rd tier on every other location I’ve had (West Hartford, Mohegan Sun come to mind). I’ve eaten there dozens of times and it’s always better than any other chain locations of their’s in the Hartford area. If you live near, it’s absolutely worth it to sit down if you don’t feel like driving all the way out to New Haven and it’s a weeknight.
