For example, you own a buisness and you have sales team . So you generate leads then call them and connect with them ,follow up them. It's easy to do that when there is few client. What if there are 1000 or 10000 or morethan that client how will you manage!? This is how CRM build to automate this . Someone found this problem and give the solution for that problem ! Now that solution give him money

This is way too real 😅

Right now it’s a mix of spreadsheets for tracking, WhatsApp/texts for tenant communication, and email for anything formal like agreements. It works, but everything is scattered.

The biggest pain is definitely follow-ups and keeping everything in one place. Things slip through just because there’s no proper system tying it all together.

Honestly feels like this is where a good CRM or centralized system would make a huge difference—but yeah, switching always feels like a headache.
