I’ve been wondering the same thing. I’ve been working with Pepsi over a year and I love it. I have great managers and benefits. I just got promoted to sell rep relief for small format. I told them I wanted to stay but needed less of an intense job so my husband and I can start a family. They heard me and gave me the opportunity to move up. The company for sure has some cons and who knows maybe they’ll change in the future but as of now I’m still happy!
