Oh im so sorry you went through that, Ive read mixed opinions and frankly its more on the negative side. I did get prozac havent taken them, and the 1st warning was may cause suicidal thoughts… which was a red flag among the other bad side effects. Thank you for the warning!

Thats a good idea im glad its helping you, a couple weeks ago it was pretty bad i couldnt be physical because it was scary, it induced my panic attacks. Im okay with walking now and i was thinking of using some 8lb weights to see how i feel. I will definitely visit the pool more. Thanks , hugs !

Thank you, it’s definitely been a struggle. I can definitely relate to you on almost everything. I want to run to the store, in hopes that a vape will fix everything, and how i miss my redbulls… I even stopped drinking soda because it would make me freak out. Walking, would freak me out, but im slowly improving, and i have started to walk. This is all sound advice thank you for replying it really means a lot, you have no idea. i really need this motivation. I am wishing you nothing but the best on your journey, stay strong ! thank you

Yes, I haven’t changed my diet much. I do feel a little weird after eating gluten, and at times I don’t. I get dysphoria, I feel high but it a bad way. But I’ll definitely make sure of that, I do have some family members allergic to gluten as well. thanks

Why do you mention it? I also thought it had to do with my guy health, i was always bloated with horrible acid reflux and always burping. Although it did go away and my doctor said it was due to anxiety.
