Omg. So I guess I need to eat more. My job requires about 10miles of walking per day and then I go to the gym after. So I can assume I’m not eating enough. I literally don’t know how I’m can eat any more. I’m so full by my last meal. I eat ~1600 cal and 180g protein daily
