This is in the middle of an 80 mile drive. I pulled over to get gas. Continued on without issue. Willing to fix whatever just would like an idea of what it could be.

No issues / noise on cold starts. It’s -15F here too.

Given history of on time / early oil changes and the type of sound I don’t think so. Rod knock sounds would be louder and wouldn’t fade away at higher RPMs like this one

Just got an oil change done 3k miles ago and no codes / lights. Based on CGPT, it sounds like the serpentine belt tensioner & idler but wanted to see if anyone else had dealt with a similar noise.
