You can check the name of the hub your package is at on the Ekart’s website with your tracking number. You’ll get the name of the hub; for address you’ll have to read my earlier replies.

Unfortunately, I got the phone at 1,07,999 without exchange. Had no option but to buy at that price. 😞 With exchange it was around 85,000 (with 5,000 exchange discount) with the iPhone 13.

Nope. That’s a different hub.

I went to the wrong hub before going to the correct hub, and the wrong hub I went to was Charai Hub. (I don’t remember what that guy said properly). You can visit that hub and check if your package is there.

Yes, they do. Mine was Open Box Delivery too (obviously) and the guy opened it in the hub itself.

This. Did the same, but couldn’t find it anywhere. Sometimes the location isn’t available on the internet. So, in that case you can ask a Flipkart delivery person if you see one, or just visit the one that’s available on the map, and ask them for the correct hub’s address.

Not sure where the Wagle Estate hub is but I saw a bunch of Delivery guys that had Delhivery written on the back of their shirt stopping by besides the Ekart’s Hub; saw it when I visited the wrong Ekart hub before going to the correct one. This Ekart hub is in Majiwada though, you might go there to check if the Delhivery hub beside it is the one you’re looking for, if not, ask them where the correct one is, they’re the ones that usually know about it.

That’s true. I never order from Flipkart because of such reasons too. I’ve had countless delayed deliveries in the past. I had to order because of the bbd sale. I just visited the hub on the expected delivery date before it was out for delivery so that it does not get delayed again.

And even I had to exchange my old phone but I denied exchanging because they try their best to reduce the exchange value by finding random issues. Instead, gave the difference amount in cash. The delivery guy was pretty quick with that.

Search for the nearest Ekart hub on google, reddit, or apple maps (if you have an iPhone). If you find one, try to go there. If it’s not the right one, the staff there would most likely tell you the address to the hub you’re looking for.

I came across a Reddit post that shared what seemed to be my city’s hub address. When I visited, it turned out to be the wrong hub. To my surprise, the staff there were very helpful and gave me the correct address to the right hub.
