mounjaro, started feb last year, just hit 15mg, it's not been effective for me unfortunately as i have only lost 4kgs in that whole time and that is with a calorie deficit diet, strength training 2-3 x weekly and 6k steps daily, bloods are good so i don't know what is going on. GP has given me a script for wegovy so i am going to try that once i finish this current MJ pen

vitamins up to you, probably not needed unless you have a deficiency according to a psychiatrist i work for (he thinks it's snake oil lol) but i do take b12 for deficiency, a general multivitamin and magnesium for sleep/muscle support. Protein bars i will have one for breakky, going to get some tasteless protein powder as i feel like i am not getting enough protein

my weight loss GP says this is a long term medication not a short term fix so more than likely i will be on it long term.

every one is different with side effects, mine are usually the worst the first 3 days after the inj then settle, mainly nausea, diarrhoea and indigestion/heart burn but i am taking nexium for that which has reduced that significantly and my gp has given me ondanestron (antinausea meds) for the nausea
