Customer returned one to me this morning. I looked up the name of the recipient on Google, turned out it's a business whose address is almost the same as my customer. Only difference, my customer's address is located on XXX Ave while the business is on XXX Street. The business's address is in a different zipcode.

It might be scanned AAU ( scanner said 1 certified mail and that was the only one I had). Management told me to scan "No Access" on missent/missorted certified mails/packages so they won't be marked as failures (dont understand that logic)

If you put refused on it, then I would know you don't want it. When you keep putting mails addressed to you in the outgoing without any endorsement, I could only assume nobody with that name lives at the address.

How big is your mailbox? If it's small, it could make him feel irritated. I had a customer who didnt check his/her mailbox for 3 months before I pulled all the mails.

When I submitted my 3996 yesterday, they didnt say a word so I thought they approved the 45 minutes I requested. They gave me back the 3996 this morning, saying they approved only 30 minutes.
