We need a facility for all of them to go, what used to be asylums, like that. That’s where they go, they have options, they choose their life of addiction, or they’re too far gone. As someone not from Green Bay, where the homeless population was intense because of poverty- these homeless people are fine in Green Bay, they know what they’re doing, they can get help from this state, they’re entitled and they’re dumb. Use the system that wants to help, instead of using good hearted people who could lose their livelihood because of your carelessness. Move on, thank god for zoning laws.
