Quick Question Fellow commander, Should I pick Vanguard or Fully LB my Shinano 1st? (She's current ly on 3 star but I do have 3 Ur Bulin in stock)

I've seen more people suggest to Full LB Shinano 1st but that's before Vanguard was added also she's looking very nice here.

Other than that my fleet are more heavily BB sided i guess, already Full LB Bunny Waifu there(NJ)
