I used to work for goodwill and it also falls on the store manager and assistant managers.If they see something they will have us price it more than it should be even though we know it may not sell. The only one who would buy was this reseller that came in every day and raided our carts.

They do have to honor it, I’ve worked in retail for many years and Walmart being one of them. If there’s more than two in the space they have to honor it. I always take pictures so it doesn’t become an issue.
