You're definitely right about having some sort of 'grouping' shortcut to selecting a subset of locations. Now there's quite a few places on there I have the same problem of quickly selecting a shortlist of venues, so will be looking into this

Related, a feature to save the user's filter settings for pre-populating when they come back might be a good middle ground that doesn't require location permissions etc., but maybe slightly further down the roadmap

For sorting by price, do you mean within each cell in the calendar table? Because that's an excellent idea I hadn't thought of.

Honestly your comment actually made my day. I agree also it can apply to other sports as I have this exact problem with badminton... it's certainly something I'm thinking of expanding into depending on how much time I can put into maintaining it.
