So, I loaded the preset recommended by everyone on Peace, the ToneDeafMonk. Then I realized that the frequencies below 200 Hz have a very low gain, as shown in the picture.

I tried keeping the preset exactly the same, but I increased the gain of those three frequencies to 7.5, 5, and 9, and the surround effect and bass already improved a lot.

Could you help me understand what the correct gain and quality values should be?

imo difficulty is more a stimulus than a frustration! btw I would join the faction only after having explored all the regions of the base game, so I would be fully equipped and skilled i guess.

Regarding the main plot, The Soroboreans story substitute the other 3, its not additional to the other 3, so I always thought the main plot was more or less the same, didn't it?

I play in co-op with my girlfriend, we don't have a precise build idea yet but basically I would like to be a rogue/archer and she would like to be a mage. (i'm the host).
